Claims for defects, damages or shortages must be made by the Customer in writing within seven (7) days of the delivery. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance and an admission that they fully comply with the terms, conditions and specifications hereto. Returns, refunds and exchanges will only be considered when:
Orders for Handcrafted Specialties that include personalization (such as monogramming) of any kind, or alteration(s), or custom sizing, cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Under no circumstances will Standard Shipping and Handing, or either Priority or Express Handling Charges be refunded.
If Customer satisfies our returns, refunds and exchanges policy (above) SewNeau will (if refund): credit the Customer's charge card for the original amount of the merchandise, minus Standard Shipping and Handing, or either Priority or Express Handling Charges (if part of the order). Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser and can only be credited to the charge card used at the time of the original purchase; (if exchange): ship Customer a replacement with similar characteristics, or at SewNeau's sole discretion, credit the Customer's charge card as described above. Customer understands that the nature of products are such that exact replacements cannot be guaranteed.
